The customer can avail of all the services right from policy issuance to emergency assistance to post accident repairs and claim settlement at any Maruti Authorised Dealer outlet across the widespread dealer network.
Near cashless accident repairs
Customer would not have to pay the dealer for repair charges to the extent it is payable by the Insurance Company. Customer will pay for the compulsory excess (fixed as per the tariff according to the cubic capacity of the car) and applicable depreciation, which varies depending on the age of vehicle and type of replaced parts. Balance amount will be settled directly between the dealer and the Insurance Company, as per the terms and conditions of policy and type of cover.
Faster and fair claim settlement
We ensure that the customer faces no issues such as Insurance Company not giving a fair claim settlement, what is payable by standards admissible by the Insurance Company. Customer is not obliged to bear undue differential cost of repairs / replacement.
Easy settlement of claims
No requirement of customer’s personal involvement with the Surveyor or Insurance Company nor would the customer need to worry about the salvage disposal. This is taken care of by the dealer.
Easy transfer of No Claim Bonus
No matter which Insurance Company the customer’s vehicle was previously insured with, his No Claim Bonus on previous policy will be transferred to the new policy chosen by the customer at the time of renewal on production of the No Claim Bonus Certificate.

Repairs at our Authorised Dealer Workshop
An accident vehicle is repaired at our Workshop. Our Workshop is equipped with state of the art facilities and infrastructure. This would mean providing quality repairs using Maruti Genuine spare parts by trained mechanics to ensure the best service to our customers.
Dealer Assisted towing facility
Towing facility would be provided for getting the vehicle to the Dealer Workshop, in case of accidents where the vehicle has been rendered immobile. This facility is available free of cost upto Rs.1,500/= (within the periphery of Mumbai). If the cost incurred for towing is more than Rs.1,500/=, then the excess amount will be borne by the customer. This can be increased should the insured prefer so by paying extra premium at the time of policy issuance.
